4.1 Paid Plans
Paid plans (Standard, Multi, Business) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Current pricing is available at /pricing. Prices may change; we will provide at least 30 days' notice before price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You will be charged the same subscription fee at the beginning of each new billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your account

Alternatively, contact us at service@abunch.io and we will assist you.
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
After you cancel:
- You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your saved data (links, categories) is preserved under Free plan limits
- Data exceeding Free plan limits will be read-only until reduced to within limits
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Merchant of Record
Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payments, and refunds for these purchases, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
6.2 Refunds and Your Rights
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and Buyer Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer or statutory rights; where applicable law grants you greater rights, the highest level of protection available to you will always apply.
6.3 Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have a statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund within a set period after the transaction (for example, 14 days in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey and Israel; 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada; 5 days in Singapore). The applicable rights and timeframes are set out in Paddle's Refund Policy.
6.4 Discretionary Refunds
In addition to your statutory rights, Paddle may grant a refund at its discretion when a request is made within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests are reviewed individually and a refund is not guaranteed.
6.5 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or withdraw from a purchase, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your confirmation email, or visit https://paddle.net and select "Request a refund." You can also email service@abunch.io for help. If a refund is granted, your access to paid features will end.
7. Business Plan — Team Features
The Business plan allows you to create team workspaces and invite members. As a team Owner, you are responsible for managing team member access, ensuring members comply with these Terms, and all activity within your team workspace.
When a Business subscription is cancelled or expires:
- Team workspaces are archived immediately upon cancellation
- Archived workspaces are available in read-only mode for 30 days
- After 30 days, archived workspaces are permanently deleted
- Team members are transitioned to an individual plan (Standard for 30 days, then Free)
- Members may export their data during the 30-day archive period
8. Data and Account Deletion
8.1 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion requires email/password confirmation and typing "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm.
8.2 Data Retention After Deletion
When you delete your account, your account is soft-deleted immediately (you lose access). Your data is permanently deleted 30 days after the deletion request. You may request cancellation of deletion within the 30-day window by contacting service@abunch.io.
8.3 Data Export
You may export your data at any time via Settings → Data → Export. We provide exports in JSON format.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, perform scheduled maintenance, and change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and the opportunity to export your data.
10. Intellectual Property
Abunch and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Abunch and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your data (links, categories, collections you create) remains your property. By using Abunch, you grant us a limited license to store and display your data to provide the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
Abunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abunch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data due to technical failures (we recommend regular exports via Settings → Data), or interruption of service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
